"The training is second to none, with critical care rooms that teach you how to manage a high volume of very very sick patients. There is almost every specialty service available here, so there is almost never anyone to transfer out, and you get to see a lot of unique pathology from a large catchment area. There were few other places I interviewed at in the Northeast where I could afford a house with a yard near the water house within a 15 minute drive of work."
